Description: 1953 Stunning Vintage Vogue Ginny in June #41 Outfit. Working sleep eyes, brown eyelashes, and brows; no green. 8" Hard plastic. Strung well. Beautiful blue eyes that open and close perfectly. Well defined eyelashes and brows. Vogue doll marked VOGUE DOLL on back. No marks stains, cracks, rubs or bad odors. She has all fingers and toes. She has an original brunette full shiny wig. Gorgeous face coloring. No Rubs Her cheeks are not shiny, in pictures they seem to appear rubbed because of the light from my phone glaring on them. Rosy cheeks. Rosebud mouth. All in wonderful condition. All original. Beautiful doll for anyones collection. She is dressed in a lovely June #41 outfit from the Tiny Miss Series; an off white organdy dress with plaid bands on the gathered skirt and a square neck bodice with red rick rack trim. Also on her are matching plaid bloomers. Her outfit is tagged with the original Vogue dress tag. She has a straw hat with off white and navy bands around the brim. She is wearing a half slip to fluff up her dress to show how pretty it is. All is in excellent condition. On her feet are red center snap oil cloth shoes and rayon socks. One of her shoes has a little bit of a frayed strap. I added a little bear to accompany her. She is shown in the pink First Edition of the Collectors Encyclopedia of Vogue by Izen and Stover on Page 102.
