All sections are 100% in this one except no introductory section tab. Exactly as we received it from the closed Ford Dealership. Factory 3-ring binder with about 900+/- total Heavy Stock Pages (2 full inches). Publication Date May June July & August of 2007 depending on the vehicle/section. Vehicle Model Sections include: Introduction, Focus, Mustang & Shelby GT500 (52 pages + 36 page brochure), Fusion & Fusion Hybrid, Taurus, Edge, Taurus X, Escape & Escape Hybrid, Explorer, Sport Trac, Expedition & Expedition EL Great collectible vehicle literature. These promotional materials are about as rare as they come - each dealer usually only seeing one or two copies. These were unavailable to the general public. Few ever survived past the year they were distributed making these even harder to come across. These were used to train a dealer's salespersons on the specific details & features of the given make / model for a specific production year. Various lengths with about 30 - 60 full pages on each individual model. A variety of information on: What's Important, Model Lineup, Performance/handling, Comfort/convenience, Safety/security, Design/Styling, Quality/Reliability/Durability, Audio/Navigation/Entertainment, Wheels, Color and Trim, Instrument Clusters, Key Product Specifications, Accessories This has been listed as used - It is in EXCELLENT used condition showing virtualy NO wear what-so-ever. The pages are near perfect. Most of these were probably only referenced a couple dozen times and then set aside. No adverse damage due to handling, storage, water or mildew. We have been doing this for a L - O - N - G time and spend a great deal of time in the listing and description of each item. Please remember that we don't write them, read them or use them - No one here is a certified mechanic. We simply describe, to the best of our ability, what is in front of us. 99% of the time these items are used and we have nothing to compare them to. In most cases, unless otherwise noted, they will have minor imperfections from normal use: a page or cover crease, minor fingerprints, edge / thumbing wear, shop dust, etc. We go out of our way to tell you if the manuals are in either Excellent Excellent condition or in poor condition. If we have multiple copies of an item in the same sale - they will be reasonably similar in condition. Often times a manual's covers show far more wear than the manuals themselves - you aren't reading the covers anyway, but we will tell you if a cover is absent or we know if a page or two is missing, or if the manual is heavily soiled. Please remember all the items we sell are unique and condition is subjective. We try to be very conservative in our representation of sales items. It's actually harder to sell a used item than a new one - we have to describe the difference. Check our feedback! We always ship promptly following purchase (the same or the next business day depending on the time of day and where we are at). Remember that there is no UPS pickup or residential delivery on Saturdays. While we ship USPS on Saturdays, any purchases made on Saturday shipping via USPS will go out on 1st thing on Monday. Tracking number information is provided by eBay (and sometimes paypal automatically too) under the "view order details" tab in the menu choices when you view the listing AFTER your purchase. Sometimes (I don't know why) you can just click on the tracking number - Otherwise, you can follow the progress of your item by going to USPS.com or UPS.com - You see the same information that we do (in the same relative time too). UPS tracking is a little more detailed than USPS which doesn't seem to update their info as often. If things are going USPS Media Mail please be patient. They state 2-9 days and are usually pretty accurate. I'm certain this is influenced by where you are at in the country and the overall volume of mail in the system. We have no control over any given parcel after we ship it. Remember we ship it out the same day or the very next business day - ALWAYS! Purchase with confidence from professionals with years or sales experience and thousands of other satisfied customers. With over 10,000 eBay sales transactions and a couple thousand feedbacks - all but 100% positive - for a good reason !
