Description: Up for grabs is a a pair of very rare Ancient Islamic Glass Eye Beads. They are red with blue and white "eyes". They are Roman / Egyptian ~ 4th-7th century AD. About 11mm and 8mm. In Excellent Condition for age - there may be a small chip here or there, but most variations are from when they were created. See ruler to get an idea of size. Rare genuine beads. I had these identified and verified by a very prominent San Francisco Bay Area Ancient Bead Dealer many years ago. The age acquired patina is untouched and original as found. Color on my monitor looks more saturated and contrasting than the bead in person; although, I have not altered or color corrected these images. Thanks for looking.
