The zipper opening is approx. 22 in. It includes the bag with inside and outside zippered compartments, snaps, bottom bumpers, luggage tag, and removable adjustable strap. There are no locks included but does have the option to lock with holes on the outside pocket zipper and the top zipper. Looks to be in good used condition with minor wear and some light scratches.
