My prices are pretty much firm (unless I put an obo on the item). I do research the relative pricing for my items and lots -- or as close as I can get when it comes to lots -- and just go lower. As a buyer myself, I tend to put a watch on stuff I like, but want to get for a "steal" pricewise, hoping the seller will lower their prices if it doesn't sell immediately.
