Small in profile but gets big bites! Retrieve at slow speed and it will wobble seductively at the surface until they explode on it! Or, my favorite is to fan cast around shallow flats and "burn" it quickly under the surface to cover lots of water and fill a limit quickly. Even at super high speeds it runs true and never goes more than 8-12" below the surface.
