Description: For sale is a vintage Ludwig bass hoop mounted tom holder (rachet style) in excellent shape. This particular mount was manufactured in the 1940's and 1950's. The only missing piece is the original wing screw that tightens the mount to the bass drum. A slotted screw has been in place for some time. I have this not only as a local pickup but will also ship anywhere in the lower 48 states for $10.00
