General description Looking uncannily similar to a much more expensive Monaco chronograph watch, that was used by Steve McQueen and Walter White (of Breaking Bad fame), this watch is a high quality item, with a fully jeweled automatic mechanical movement, made out of solid stainless steel, with a square sapphire crystal. This has been checked with a “diamond tester” and confirmed to be sapphire. The Asian 7750 automatic chronograph movement and function is operated using the pushers, and can measure events for 0.25s – 12hrs. Date display at 6 o’clock. Blue real leather “rally style” perforated straps with stainless steel deployant clasp Water resistant to 5ATM – fine with splashes but submersion in water or use in shower are likely to result in water ingress – so not for use underwater. The dial Dial diameter 32mm. Morris brand at 12. Printed and applied markers, with green glowing lume + hour and minute hand. Pencil pointer style hands, polished silver with white lume that glows green. Red central chronograph seconds hand. Lovely blue sunburst dial, with recessed sub-dials as follows; 3 o’clock – 30 mins counter 6 o’clock – 12 hr counter 9 o’clock – continuous seconds Date at 6 o’clock The case Solid stainless steel case, with brushed and polished finish. Square case measures 40mm x 40m. Chronograph pusher at 2 o’clock and 4 o’clock. Screw down crown at 3 o’clock. Quite short lugs, taking a 20mm quick release strap. Case back has a window, so you can view the lovely decorated A 7750 automatic chronograph movement. Case back is held in with 4 screws, one at each corner. Has the following engraved on case back “SAPPHIRE AUTOMATIC 5ATM AOKY ***** NO 1003-6”. This translates as “Sapphire crystal, Automatic (self-winding) movement, Water resistant to 5 atmospheres” The Crystal Big solid piece of square shaped sapphire crystal with beveled edge. The Strap Real leather, blue rally style, with perforations for good ventilation. Blue stitching at the edges. 2 keepers. Deployant style stainless steel clasp. Quick release function. The Movement Asian clone of the Valjoux/ETA 7750 movement in the 3, 6, 9 configuration. Unidirectional automatic winding and an also be hand wound. High beat movement running at 28800bph. 25 jewels. Measures events from 0.25s to 12hrs. 2 o’clock pusher for start stop function. 4 o’clock pusher for reset. Nice perlage finishing on rotor and plates as well as blued screws. Additional Comes in padded plastic case. No specific papers, but will include instructions on how to operate the movement.
