Description: V308 fuel injector cleaner & tester is a fuel injector cleaning machine newly developed by MRCARTOOL. It combines ultrasonic cleaning technology and microcomputer oil pressure closed-loop control cleaning and detection technology. This product simulates various engine working conditions and cleans and inspects various automobiles and motorcycle fuel injectors. Its unique design saves weight and volume, while further optimizing the product's functionality. With a larger cleaning tank and cleaning fluid heating effect, which can achieve better cleaning results. Fuel Injector Test Function: Ultrasonic Cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors. Idle Speed Test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector. Medium Speed Test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector. High-Speed Test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector. Acceleration Test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector. Shift Speed Test: Simulate the shifting state of the car and test the working performance of the fuel injector. Leakage Test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector. Sprayability Test: Simulate the engine idling/medium-speed/high-speed state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector. Uniformity/Sprayability Test: Under this function, the parameters of RPM, PW and time can be adjusted in real time. Injecting Flow Test: Under this function, the parameter of fuel pressure can be adjusted in real time. Auto Mode Test: Under this function, the parameter of fuel pressure can be adjusted in real time. Operation Steps: 1.Clean injector's outside with cleaning liquid before open machine. Putting injectors in ultrasonic bathtub after the outside of injector are free of dirt. The cleaning fluid does not exceed the connection port of the pulse line. 2.Turn on ultrasonic system allowing the ultrasonic energy to dislodge any particles build-up inside the injectors. After cleaning, the remaining cleaning fluid can be recycled. 3.Fixed injectors on main machine, testing injectors for resistance, shorts, and current draw. The test liquid can be added to the half of the glass tube. 4.Performing leak test, spray pattern, and flow rate testing on flow bench.
