Description: For Sale, a game issue NY Rangers Wayne Gretzky Jersey from his final season. This is an authentic NHL NY Rangers Wayne Gretzky Game Issued Jersey from the 1998-99 season. The Jersey Variant is called Liberty Set 1 and is authenticated from the MeiGray Group, who I purchased it from. I am the original owner. All original paperwork included. The Jersey has been kept in a smoke free home, away from sunlight, and in a case. The Jersey is custom specific to Mr Gretzky's personal preferences: the sleeves are longer than usual and there is a large velcro patch on the side waste for his 1/2 tuck look. Interestingly, the fight strap is still on. Liberty Set 1's usage was decided against in the last minute, so it's removal was not made.
