Description: This is an oil painting (on Art Panel) of a nude art model in Los Angeles in the 1950’s. It was painted by Albert Londraville (1922-2015). He studied under the famous Russian American Master, Nicolai Fechin, and was a MGM scenic artist who painted movie backdrops. Albert also studied at the Lukits’ Academy of Fine Arts and often painted on site (plein air). This painting is 18” x 14” and was purchased directly from the successor trustee for the Albert Londraville Trust. It is unsigned but includes the artist’s stamp on back.
