Application: Some newer paints (low-VOC paints) have reduced how well a decal's adhesive will adhere to a painted surface. Follow these easy steps for a sucessful application: 1. Prepare a cleaning solution of 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% water2. Saturate a cloth with the solution3. Thoroughly wipe the part of the surface where the decal will be applied4.
