Please note, where the tracking is from Whistl the final delivery will still be made by Royal Mail. Whistl process parcels by size and location and delivery to the recipients nearest Royal Mail depot for final delivery. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands, you will be charged the same as any other UK resident for most orders. For larger parcels (weighing over 2kg or measuring over 60cm in length) we will need to send by courier and may have to either ask for additional postage or cancel the order. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERYStandard delivery is Royal Mail International (untracked) unless stated otherwise. Oversized items or items weighing over 2kg will be sent by courier. In some cases, we may not be able to send, depending on location and weight of parcel - in these circumstances we will let you know as soon as possible. RETURNSWe accept returns up until 30 days after purchase providing the item(s) are unused, undamaged and in their original state. Buyer pays return postage.
