In the mid 1950s they introduced the 260 flat bed and its sister, the free arm model 332. These models added built-in stitch capability far beyond what the 130 could do. With its external embroidery attachment, they were competing head to head with companies like Bernina, Husqvarna, and Elna. The stitch quality of these machines is perfect whether you are straight stitching, zig zagging, or using one of the many decorative or utility stitches, a drop feed allows you to do free motion and the vertical rotary hook is well suited for this kind of work. The finish is the same as Pfaffs industrial models and is quite durable. The white dials can crack if the machine is stored poorly or abused but rarely fail. As shown, this model is MINT. There is one small hairline crack to the Dial-A-Switch Control. I will be sure to photograph this specifically. You can reference the video that shows full power to the machine, as well as its working condition. The needle is already threaded and will be ready for use upon arrival. This machine is capable of sewing 2500 stitches a minute with nary a vibration. It's built in automatic embroidering unit makes it a must-have! One piece of the wood in the container has come loose. Can be reattached. All leather straps are in working condition and unbroken. The suitcase has not been personalized, allowing the new ower to do so. The zippers work as they should. There is minimal staining along the back edges of the suitcase. I pictured this specially. There is one small scuff mark on the back side of the sewing machine. It's not hardly noticeable, but I want to be sure to be as specific as possible.
