Description: It is a Movado Museum in 14K, circa 1969 or 1970, with a fully automatic, high-rate Movado Calibre Movement. Since there are no Movado archivists either at Movado Group in the USA or at Movado SA in Switzerland, the best theories I can come up with are that the watch is either an undocumented prototype meant for the US market, or it was a special order, either for a specific customer, or for a Movado dealer here in the USA. Whatever the facts are (which we may never know), this watch remains to be determined. If anyone else has one or knows of one, I'd love to hear about it, but for now this watch is unique.
