Fort Madison, Iowa, U.S.A. Made in U.S.A. # 1000 (on the Fountain Pen & # 400 (on the Mechanical Pencil), the Fountain Pen has a White Dot on the Pen Cap above the gold clip. The NIB says "Sheaffer's Made in USA 14K 1086903", both Pen & Pencil measure 5" long & there is a Name etched on each Pen & Pencil. In used condition, both Pen & Pencil are UNTESTED & both along with the bottom of the Case are personalized with a Name & there is wear from use on all. The Clip on the Pencil has moved to one side & there is a crack. Please see the Photo. There is wear on the inside & outside of the case. There is no White Dot on the Pencil, only on the Fountain Pen
