Suitable for framing, the image size is approx 13.25" x 8.5" or 33.5 cm x 22 cm edge to edge, no border This is a vintage print not a modern copy and can show signs of age or previous use commensurate with the age of the print. The Forest of Dean GWR pannier tank 0-6-0 No 7723 shunts wagons for Cannop colliery during the Second World War. On the road below a group of Italian POWs are being marched towards the colliery while a farm cart and lorry are engaged on coal delivery service. No 7723 was based at Gloucester shed and spent much of its working life in the Forest of Dean area. Built in 1930, it was withdrawn in 1960.
