Non-UK Bidders It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover any and all postage costs and all international orders will be sent via the international scheme. Paypal is the only acceptable payment method for non-UK bidders. Postage I always try to post items out the following day to payment being received and cleared. I am not a business though, I am a personal seller and sometimes due to personal circumstances things can be delayed, so please expect to receive your item 3-5 working days (UK only) after payment has cleared. I always obtain proof of postage which comes with some small insurance which will therefore cover items lost or damaged. Returns and refunds If you have any problems with your item then email me first before taking any action. I do not accept returns on any item unless misrepresented in auction description. I try to be as thorough as I can with my descriptions, but any ambiguity should be cleared up by buyers asking questions before bidding. Refunds are only given if items have been misrepresented or lost or damaged in the postal system (subsequent to a successful claim to the Royal Mail). Please note that the Royal Mail do not consider a parcel missing until 16 days after postage and you have still not received your item and then a claim can take up to 4 weeks following this.
