So if this is your first time, you might want to try our 4oz trial size first. Any chew with fibers can cause a gag-reflex in some dogs. If that happens to your dog, you will want to stick with our twisted "dehydrated" turkey tendons that chew up a lot easier. These have a similar hardness to the Gambrel tendons, but 4-6 times larger, so the best tendon if you have a large dog or an aggressive chewer.
