Description: This listing is for a "Tall Round Pyroglazed Quart" (TRPQ) milk bottle. (Some refer to the "pyro" graphics as an "Applied Color Label" or ACL.) One side reads, "BOB BARR DAIRY...Grade A JERSEY MILK." The other side pictures a little girl and is marked, "HEALTH and VITALITY IN EVERY DROP." The underside is embossed, "42" indicating is was made in 1942. I COULD NOT FIND ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THIS BOTTLE ANYWHERE IN MY ONLINE SEARCHING. No city or town is listed, and I'm not sure WHERE this dairy was located. The condition is EXCELLENT. The printing on both sides is still clean and bright. The bottle has NO chips or cracks. The glass is clean and clear. There are some thin tan tines over "BOBB BARR" - hardly noticeable. (Look closely at the neck in the first picture.) You'll be hard pressed to ever find a nicer example. The bottle displays very nicely. Will be shipped EMPTY, without the styrofoam "milk" seen in some of the above photos. I AM HERE TO HELP WITH QUESTIONS..
