Description: Today we're offering a fantastic vintage portable typewriter made in the 1940's by "Royal". It's the "Quiet De Luxe" model. The typewriter is black and comes in a black, hard-shell leather case. The case has a crack on the bottom of it as pictured but it does not affect the portability in any way and is safe to tote around. All of the keys appear to be working but it does need a new ribbon. It comes with all of it's original manuals and certificate, a typing tutor card and cleaning brush that attaches to the case under the lid. It's very easy to remove from the case using the levers attached to each foot. The snap closure works well. We have only wiped it down with a wet cloth.
