Description: Vintage Clothing Brush from Paper Manufacturer in Philadelphia, circa 1920's. This brush is round with a celluloid advertisement on the top, "New Home of the Paper Manufacturers Co. Inc. S.W. Corner Fifth and Willow Sts. Philadelphia." Made by Whitehead & Hoag. In good condition; it doesn't appear to have been used as the bristles are clean and intact. The celluloid is cracked along the entire left edge and is slightly lifting but I believe it could be repaired. Some light scuffing and blemishing. Measures approx. 4" in diameter and 1.25" height.
