It was made sometime around the 1960s or early 1970s.It depicts an Asian scene: two houses, trees including a palm tree, snowcapped mountains, a Chinese farmer or fisherman in a conical rice hat, a river, a field, and ducks. The cut straw is shiny and looks golden. The black and gold is stunning together.This long straw picture would be perfect over a sofa, buffet, or headboard. It would look lovely in an Asian, Hollywood Regency, tropical, or boho aesthetic.It is in great vintage condition with minor signs of age and imperfections.
