This fairy lamp includes 2 pieces: Top and bottom. This came from the estate of a collector. I believe this to be Indiana Glass. See photos as they help with the description. This measures 5 1/2" tall and is 3 1/2 diameter at its widest. There are no cracks or chips and it's a lovely piece. Beautiful when lit with a tea light. Tea light not included.
