Description: This is a nice, solid copy of William Irish’s Phantom Lady published by the Dell Great Mystery Library—whose judges include literary luminaries Anthony Boucher and Louis Untermeyer, as well as the great Karloff himself (“star of stage and screen, master of the spine-tingling art, whose hits include Frankenstein and Arsenic and Old Lace”). The book has been carefully read by a previous owner, and the wraps show a bit of wear (creases to the front cover, small chips to the spine, and a scrape on the back). Despite all of that, the book is still nice and square. Its pages are clean, but have yellowed just a bit with age. This is perfect for a mystery or Karloff collector. See photos. 255 pages. Dell D207, first printing, October 1957. Protected in polyethylene sleeve. Thanks for looking! Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
